Agricultural and Class R Conversions

The repurposing of a pair of redundant grain silos within the curtilage of a former farm is truly unique. The innovative design created a private one bedroom holiday let by joining the two silos together with a glazed link. Making the most of the views of the Lincolnshire countryside via the creation of 2 large feature windows and a private seating area concealed from the rest of the site by a corten feature screen, this really is a stand out piece of architecture.

A redundant former farm structure was going to ruin. After successfully securing a Class R conversion application with the local Planning Authority our client was able to change the redundant agricultural building into a commercial premises. It breathed new life into the site and gave the farmers who own it a much needed diversification by the provision of a Dog Day Care Facility.
