A local developer A & J H Property Management with whom we have completed multiple projects with over the years brought this site to develop out with a new build executive detached dwelling.
Our brief was to turn a planning approved design into something that was technically compliant, economic and provided design features which made it stand out from similar local developments.
Selling within a matter of weeks of going to market we feel the brief was fully satisfied.
Originally we secured planning permission for alterations and extensions to the existing dwelling on site. Following a review of project costs the decision was taken to re-submit for a replacement dwelling. We successfully gain planning permission and the attached images were used to demonstrate the appearance of the design proposals to the Planning Officer. We then delivered a full technical design package to secure Building Control Approval, managed the input of all the other sub-consultants to provide the selected contractor with a robust package to build from.
Currently under construction on one of the most prominent approach roads into Stamford we cannot wait to share both progress photos and as built images in the coming months.
Another project for a local property developer, we took over a planning approved design which suffered from design issues relating to the front access and parking. We successfully sought approval to vary the existing planning condition to provide 2 off road parking spaces to each dwelling and modify the rear garden accesses. A simple economic design helped our clients maximise the value of the site.
