Following the successful grain silo project, we embarked on our next repurposing project. This scheme saw a successful planning approval granted to change the redundant barn into commercial / office premises. The main structure was retained whilst successfully and discreetly thermally improving the structure to the satisfaction of Building Control. With large glazed windows specifically located to make the most of the countryside views this is a commercial space with the wow factor. Now complete our client has two units available for rental. The photo realistic images really do give an accurate interpretation of the completed renovation.
